Food Enhancer spirit in the Morning

"It turns out that the right food can help us better prepared, think more clearly and have more energy, and even more creative," says Elizabeth Somer, RD, author of Food & Mood. Assume that you sleep at least 7 hours, food can make you re-awakened, focus, and feel alive in the morning - even when you're not in shape though.

Therefore any proper food for those who have trouble getting out of bed is difficult and hard to think clearly after waking from a dream world? Here are eight foods that should pep you consume in the morning:

1. Spoonful of sugar
One tablespoon of sugar in coffee and tea included, or extra honey in smoothies will stimulate the release of acetylcholine, the chemical in the brain that improve brain memory. But do not do it excessively or you will quickly feel sleepy. Excessive sweetness can increase serotonin levels to become sleepy.

2. Whole Wheat Bagel
The main energy of the brain is glucose, which is basically building blocks of carbohydrates. So after fasting all night, the alarm goes off in your brain to do the stock carb. But you do not need too much - half of bread wheat Begel will heighten your energy back. So also with a bowl of oatmeal. Just choose which one you favorite.

3. Omega 3
